Position: Application Administrator
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Reporting to the Enterprise Solutions Manager, the Application Administrator - Atlassian is an individual contributor responsible for implementing and administering technology and systems to allow our business operations to be successful. Candidates should have experience successfully setting up new systems and implementing them in a rapidly growing modern enterprise.
Maintenance and Administration of Atlassian Products, including Jira, Jira Service Desk, and Confluence (Cloud-based)
Management and administration of templates, and enforcement of business processes defined in the applications
Implementation of new functionality as defined by consultants and solutions managers
Administration of users and data in Atlassian Systems
Responsible for supporting, maintaining and troubleshooting existing configurations and development
Establish and implement best practices for system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc.
Documentation of systems and processes related to the application
Implementation and management of plug-ins and third-party integrations
2-5 years of Jira/Confluence Administration
Experience with cross-application integration, especially APIs
Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills
Ability to train others
ACP-100, ACP-200, ACP-400, or ACP-500 Certification
Experience in DevOps and Software Engineering Environments
Technology industry experience
