The Quality Assurance Data Analyst s responsibilities include conducting store audits, data analysis, and comparing ground truth data with data collected from the BNR automated systems. The role requires developing analysis techniques, reporting results, and monitoring performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.
As part of the Quality Assurance team you ll help to ensure that the data produced by our AI models and algorithms meets the high standards of BNR as well as it customers.
The work that you perform will allow BNR to evaluate new data products as well as insure ongoing consistency of data delivered and utilized daily by our customers.
Work with product management to set data quality SLA s.
Perform daily audits across the fleet of robots to insure quality levels are being maintained.
Help with the evaluation of quality during the development phases of new data products
Acquire data from primary (physically being in a store) or secondary data sources (images and data from the robot) and analyze results both across multiple stores, and over a period of time.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets, including analyzing and interpreting of data (using statistical techniques), reviewing results, and providing ongoing reporting to stakeholders.
Work with individuals on software development teams to develop and implement data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
Work with customers, at both the store and corporate levels, to identify improvement opportunities, and then following through with teams to implement changes that improve store operations.
Support Pareto and root cause analysis on data coming from the Customers, Operations and Engineering organizations.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.
At least one year of experience, working with Bossanova products, or equivalent experience working at a customer facility.
Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst, and technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
A recently separated veteran means any veteran during the three-year period beginning on the date of such veteran's discharge or release from active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval, or air service.
Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate across the organization, with both highly-technical and less-technical people.
