We need your help to build and manage a fleet of autonomous robots running 24x7
As part of the core infrastructure engineering team supporting our robot platform, you ll be part of the team that ensures that our robots are highly-available and able to serve some of the biggest companies in the world.
The work that you perform will allow for our internal teams to deploy services rapidly, quickly diagnose and resolve escalated issues, and elastically scale our infrastructure to meet the ever growing needs of our customers and fleet of robots.
What'll you will do
Blend infrastructure and tools development
Design and build extremely robust software delivery mechanisms
Write production quality software to deliver data from robots in field locations
Build tooling to support secure remote control and provisioning of the robot
Work with SRE teams to triage production issues
Use of python as production grade tool rather than a scripting language.
Strong handle on writing testable and maintainable python code
Strong understanding of Linux fundamentals
Container ecosystem experience such as Docker
Modern networking: HTTP, TCP, MQTT and can write software that tolerates network outages
Configuration management tools
Network security fundamentals
Test automation especially with hardware in the loop
