You want to do some, but not all-day coding?Our Software Support Analysts use problem-solving, communication, and programming skills. They learn our product suite inside and out and help keep our clients happy by providing assistance and resolution to inquiries that arise by email or phone. The issues may be simple or complex and multi-layered requiring:investigation, research, and trouble-shooting on issues relating to software and system functionality, integrations, and product adoptioncreation and development of SQL scripts and other custom software processescollaboration with other teams and departments to assist with quicker issue identification and resolution and to provide them with customer insights that aid in development of bug fixes, new product functionality and features.You will not be bored! There will be variety each day, plus you will be building a foundation for longer term growth. Some other things you may do include:building knowledge-base documentation, assist with expansion of our self-service portal and customer happiness by assisting with development of top-notch training modules and videosperforming simple product installations a pathway into professional services, pre-sales, product management and more!You are great at and have Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, mathematics, science, or related STEM concentrationexperience with SQL databases and SQL programming languageprogramming skill with one or more programming languages such as C, C++, C#, .Net, Java, JavaScript, HTML, XMLhighly analytic with strong problem-solving and creative thinking skillsexcellent verbal and written communication skillsable and willing to be on call after hours in customer support rotation as needed (very minimal)About us - we give you Lots of challenge and chances for growth, a competitive salary, lots of time off, 401K+match, health, dental, vision, and more.
